Chickpea and Spinach Soup


Chickpea is well known as a ‘superfood’. It is low calorie but gives a buttery texture which makes a wonderful contrast to pairing with spinach and celery. They give a great combination to support your health and satisfy your taste bud.   • Storage

    Store it in the freezer (-18 Degree Celsius or below)

  • Serving Instruction

    1) Boiling: Put the entire soup pack in a water pot and bring to boil on stove for 8-10 min from freezer, or 5-7 min after defrost.

    2) Microwave: Put the entire soup pack in Microwave and use defrost mode for 3 min. Tear open the packaging and pour the soup into a bowl. Microwave to heat for 2-3 min.
